Morag ensures legal compliance and delivers approaches which increase employee engagement and motivation. She is focused on making things happen, embraces new ideas and initiatives and is a powerful negotiator and communicator at all levels within an organisation.

Having spent almost 20 years in the corporate sector Morag changed her allegiances to the exciting and dynamic SME space. She has broad client experience from software media firms, wine and spirits distribution to sports businesses and schools. No matter which sector she asks the right questions to get great results.

Tenacious, perceptive and with keen business acumen, her breadth of business understanding is evidenced by an in-depth knowledge of the reward environment, a successful stint as a sales account manager, significant procurement experience and a stint as a business analyst.

Morag gained a BA Hons in Business Studies with Human Resources at London Metropolitan University, and is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.
