With more than 20 years experience in HR within a variety of industries, from automotive to financial services, big corporates to family owned and run, Kerry brings with her a passion for business and for people.
Kerry has a track record in delivery and getting to the heart of a problem. Kerry is used to operating as a true business partner to the board, as well as engaging the workforce and driving efficiency, with much of her experience being around adding value and developing culture. Kerry has also had success with the Times Top 100 Companies Process whilst working with Inchcape.
Described as an inclusive leader, Kerry has experience of business transformation and taking people with her on the journey. She is an able communicator with the ability to ask the tough questions to drive change. Along with this, she has experience in reward, and has developed pay structures and implemented bonus schemes.
Much of Kerry’s experience has been gained in multi site operations and within companies where mergers and acquisitions have been a focus.
Kerry is a Fellow of CIPD and holds a Masters Degree in Human Resources and a BSc in Business Studies.
