Gill is an effective, energetic and approachable HR professional who has over 25 years experience delivering strategic and operational HR as well as leading change management projects. 

Summary

Her most recent experience with small and mid-tier businesses has been with commercial enterprises across manufacturing, technical and retail, underpinned with corporate experience in local government, housing, education, charities and rail.  She understands the various pressures and demands her range of clients face and believes in a pragmatic, solutions orientated approach to complex HR issues, maintaining her sense of humour during difficult times.

A trained and experienced mediator, Gill has strong leadership skills including managing and motivating staff to deliver key projects and is committed to maintaining high quality standards and delivering excellent customer service.

Gill passionately believes that business success depends upon effective people performance and has extensive experience of working in partnership with businesses to develop, coach and train people ensuring behavioural and cultural fit with the business needs to get the best out of people.

With a BA (Hons) in Business Studies, post graduate diploma in Management and a Masters in HRM, Gill is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and has a strong commitment to lifelong learning.
