Tracey is passionate, commercial and entrepreneurial but at all times down to earth. She loves helping (and challenging) businesses to achieve their potential and has an agile, pragmatic approach to solving business challenges thorough its people.

Summary

With more than 20 years multi sector experience, Tracey has worked at board and senior leadership levels globally but remains comfortable continually switching between the strategy and the more hands on operational side and is perfectly happy rolling her sleeves up to get things done. She considers herself a true generalist working across the full spectrum of the people experience.

Tracey joined People Puzzles after building the EU arm of a Japanese Pharmaceutical so really understands the excitement and challenges that come with the startup environment. She has also co-founded & grown her own business so has faced many of the challenges start-ups face herself. She is also used to working with big corporates, both as an in-house and client facing people professional with Deloitte, Cap Gemini and latterly Shionogi Europe.

Tracey has successfully led change programmes, merged and harmonised numerous companies globally and built and grown several companies from the ground up – all by immersing herself completely in the business and truly partnering. She works comfortably with Board and Executive teams providing coaching, facilitation, creating and delivering talent, performance and engagement strategies to deliver the business objectives.

Tracey has a BSc in Management Science, is a Chartered member of the CIPD and a qualified executive coach. She initially qualified as a Chartered Tax advisor with Deloitte before moving into the wonderful world of people. Tracey enjoys all things active and loves adventure although the last 18 years have predominately been spent running around after her active family.
