With over 20 years wide ranging HR experience in companies such as Tesco, Coca- Cola and Cadburys and a period spent running her own business, Terri is adept at transferring her experience to support the strategic and operational needs of smaller businesses and start-ups. She is pragmatic and believes strongly in keeping things simple.
Projects include working with senior leaders and teams to improve capability, leading and implementing organisation change, shared service/call centre set up, and HR transformation.
Energetic and commercially minded, Terri thrives on building strong client partnerships providing an effective blend of support and challenge that helps companies and their leaders to deliver the right change with the highest impact.
Terri holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from Kingston University is a qualified coach and is MBTI trained.
