Tara Lawson has 17 years’ experience of working in Human Resources. Her aim is to increase profitability and growth by ensuring that the business has the full range of skills it needs and that the whole team work well together.
She has worked across the board in strategic and operational HR including start up environment, organisational design and structure, and senior team development – all within the contexts of mergers and acquisitions, restructures and change management. Her most recent challenge was managing rapid growth within an FMCG environment which involved scaling the business across Europe from 12 to 300 employees within a 3 year timeframe.
Tara’s experience has been built up through a variety of sectors including retail, hospitality, legal services, architecture, wholesale, and design. She has a passion for tangible results and so was understandably jumping for joy when one of her new clients presented her with an award for her level of proactivity in the business and integration into the team!
Tara gained a BA Hons in Human Resource Management & Sport and has since worked her way up the career ladder before arriving at her pinnacle of joining the People Puzzles Team. In her spare time she keeps a keen eye on the property market, and enjoys walking and running.
