Sue has a BSc Hons degree from University of Westminster and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD with a sound understanding of People policies and procedures, best practice and current thinking regarding effective and commercially sound employment practices. Sue’s experience covers most aspects of HR including employee engagement, talent management, recruitment, change management and complex employee relations cases.
