Sue is a consummate professional with over 20 years generalist experience gained mainly in the IT and Telecommunications sectors within organisations ranging from start-ups to blue chip.

Sue always approaches things from a client’s perspective, quickly determining areas requiring action and recommending proactive solutions to drive improvements in business performance.

Sue has a BSc Hons degree from University of Westminster and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD with a sound understanding of People policies and procedures, best practice and current thinking regarding effective and commercially sound employment practices. Sue’s experience covers most aspects of HR including employee engagement, talent management, recruitment, change management and complex employee relations cases. She promotes creating the right environment for success – one in which employees are motivated and productive.


Lynn was tasked with a series of HR related tasks ranging from advice on legal compliance issues to strategic overviews and the implementation of a restructuring program. All have been successful, exceeding my expectations.
