Stuart has a diverse range of commercial experience gained across several market sectors. With a long held belief that organisations are only as successful as their people he has spent the past 20 years helping companies with their people challenges.

Summary

Stuart has a very strong commercial focus leading teams of up to 3000 headcount and £70m budget responsibility. Having cut his teeth in the property and financial services world, including 6 years with Nationwide, he moved into Leisure and Hospitality working with Whitbread’s Premier Inn hotel brand and Bourne Leisure’s Haven Holidays, where he lead on people strategy, gaining the company the accolade of a top 10 placing in the Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For, as voted directly by its employees.

He has held the posts of Sales Director, Operations Director and HR Director, giving him a unique blend of business skills and experience whilst bringing considerable direction and influence, developing teams and strategies for overall business improvement, with a people and customer centric approach.

Whilst being involved in Business Consultancy Stuart has worked both nationally and internationally with a diverse range of companies, from a variety of market sectors including property, construction, financial services, leisure, hospitality, technical engineering, IT and software development.

Stuart has a MSc in Business Psychology, is a member of the Association of Business Psychologists and has British Psychological Society accreditation for psychometric profiling and testing.
