Sophie has over 20 years’ experience as a senior HR leader and HR Director within fast-paced, competitive and commercially focused industries including the P&O Group and Wincanton Logistics.
She has held a variety of leadership roles both as an HR generalist but also in a number of specialist areas including talent management; organisation design and development as well as culture and engagement. Sophie has worked comfortably and confidently with Board and Operational Executive teams providing coaching; facilitation; creating and delivering talent, performance management and engagement strategies with real commercial value through strong influencing, collaboration and engagement skills.
Sophie has also led numerous change programmes around organisation design; capability, and culture. She focusses on value and results through combining best practice HR with a commercial and pragmatic approach to deliver process efficiencies and cost savings.
Having worked with clients within a variety of sectors including logistics and supply chain; IT/technology; retail; construction; defense; FMCG and the public sector, Sophie is known for her integrity, energy, challenge and pragmatism – mixed with a good sense of humour, fun and creativity.
Recently gaining her Masters in Coaching & Behavioural Change from Henley Business School, Sophie is an experienced Executive Coach and Business Mentor, and is also a Fellow of the CIPD.
