Serena is a highly motivated, intuitive, business professional. She has extensive experience working with clients to find the right resources to solve ‘People Puzzles’. Prior to working at People Puzzles she was an Operational Director for a specialist recruitment company which has lead her to believe that people are the key to every business’ success.

But the right people, motivated and engaged are not the only success factor: Serena’s business experienced as a Director of a company turning over more than £70 million means she has a keen understanding of how sales drive the business, how operational efficiencies mean profit, and how the big strategic picture must be supported by the detail and the operations.

Serena gained a BSc from Bristol in Politics and Sociology and now lives in Buckinghamshire with a young family. When she is not looking after them she will be found on the tennis court or in the vegetable patch.

This is an inspiring story and its all true. I can’t believe it’s about us! We’ve accomplished a lot over the last 18 months.
