Sarah brings over 25 years of experience in Human Resources. From blue chip corporates including IBM, BA and Standard and Poors, to small startups. The commonality is the drive for profitability and shareholder return.
Passionate about creating success, Sarah has driven employee engagement through tailored initiatives throughout the employment cycle. Whilst being involved in family, start up businesses, Sarah is able to bring the best bits of structured, corporate discipline to facilitate growth in an entrepreneurial environment – whether that be through recruitment, performance management, renumeration and reward. Developing leadership skill and constructive management behaviours is key. She is often asked to deal with those tricky people issues which require sensitivity, experience and expertise.
Together with a sense of humour and the ability to ask the difficult questions, Sarah is able to see the root of issues. Working collaboratively to find the right solution for the right situation is key. Being a team player is a critical part to accomplishing this.
Sarah gained a BA hons in English and History from London University and has an MA in Human Resource Management from Kingston Business School.
