Robin is an HR and Learning specialist with 20 years experience gained in big multi-site retailers – Debenhams and House of Fraser.
With 3 ‘Gold’ industry awards under his belt (Best Leadership Development Initiative; Best L&D Team; and Best use of Technology in Learning), Robin is an operationally astute and commercially driven professional who has proven success working with Senior Leaders to improve organisational effectiveness and performance.
Robin graduated from Lancaster University with a BA (Hons) in Organisation Studies and HRM. He is a Fellow of the CIPD having been a member for almost 20 years. Throughout his career he has held operational HR Manager roles in small and large stores as well as corporate head office roles, most recently Head of Learning & Development.
His core strengths include strategy, developing others, critical thinking and resilience.
