With over 20 years of experience in HR working in various industries, including food manufacturing, electronics engineering and software technology, Rachel has significant experience at working with diverse leadership teams. Rachel has great business acumen and is able to quickly build effective relationships.
Rachel is pragmatic and effective as an HR Leader, helping businesses develop their People Agenda at a strategic level and ensuring that the plan is implemented at all levels of the organisation.
Rachel has worked in global, heavily matrixed organisations, supporting teams in the UK and Europe. Her strengths are working with a leadership team, facilitating strategic discussions, building teams, leadership coaching, culture change and organisational design. Her ability to simplify complex issues and find practical solutions has enabled her to be an integral part of the leadership team to help drive increased business performance.
Rachel is also CIPD qualified.
Something you maybe didn't know about Rachel
- I love walking, having walked part of the Great Wall of China, Camino Way and Via Francigena. I love a challenge and recently completed 100k in 2 days on the Cotswold Way.
- I have recently returned to running and hope to complete a half marathon later in the year.
- I have 2 daughters both at University!
