Paula has 20 years experience as a senior HR leader transforming SME’s and corporates to significantly improve profitability and creating great places to work. Previously Paula has led the people agendas for blue chip organisations such as Aviva PLC and BT PLC, delivering change projects across multiple countries.


Paula’s key quality is making complex situations simple, creating a people strategy and delivering the plan at pace.

As a HR generalist, Paula is capable of covering all aspects of the HR agenda from organisation design, recruitment and contract set up, through performance and talent management, coaching and leadership development and reorganisation and business transformation.

Pragmatic and driven, Paula adopts a coaching style to ensure you get the right solution for your business needs. As a professional coach, Paula will work with individuals or leadership teams to help them develop and achieve their objectives. A credible trusted partner with a MBA, Paula is able to quickly grasp the business challenges and provide effective solutions.

Paula is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, has an MBA from Bradford Management School, and a BA (Hons) in Business administration.
