Pam has over 20 years’ experience working as a senior manager at a strategic finance level and in recent years has overseen ICT, HR, Payroll, Compliance and Organisational Development. Working for diverse organisations with multiple businesses within each organisation including The Papworth Trust, Vivacity Culture and Leisure, and Magna Vitae.

Pam’s responsibilities at People Puzzles include the formulation of the business plan, creating robust management information to support the business growth and all things financial.

Evenings and weekends are spent with her three daughters, keeping fit, socialising with friends and family (with the occasional glass of red wine thrown in for good measures).
