Michele has worked in Marketing for the last fifteen years, most recently for Volvo Construction Equipment where she was responsible for their CRM system. With an eye for detail she also edited the company magazines and kept the staff up-to-date with company business through their intranet and all social media channels.

Michele joined People Puzzles in 2018. Her love of a good process, and a great eye for detail means her role in managing daily email responses, and ensuring the CRM is up to date as possible is in good hands. Michele feels a certain satisfaction in completing a list and starting afresh the next day, and believes having a process means you must stay focused on the job.

Michele also has a natural flair for organisation, making her the perfect fit for managing the bi-annual conference for our 50 HRDs as well as other marketing events across the UK.

Lynn has been a fantastic support to us and an ongoing fountain of knowledge. If you have a business and/or staff you need to take care of, you need a Lynn on your team!
