Mark is a pragmatic and commercially minded HR professional with strong relationship and stakeholder management skills.
Mark has consistently managed the HR aspects of organisational change, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, start-ups and divestment’s within both the domestic and international arenas.
Mark has an inclusive personal style with expertise in developing strategy, operational delivery, the management of complex ER cases, TUPE and negotiating with various UK/European representative bodies. Mark has been responsible for creating and leading teams based around the world, dealing with cross cultural issues on a daily basis.
His previous experience includes HR Director level appointments across a variety of commercial sectors: electronic communication systems for the defence industry with Racal, chemical sales and production with BP, chemical sales and distribution with Royal Vopak NV, international financial publishing with Dow Jones and Thomson Reuters, international insurance and reinsurance with Wellington Underwriting.
Mark has a BSc Hons Degree and a postgraduate diploma in Human Resource Management. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
