Lucie is a charismatic, lively people professional who works with SMEs to optimise their organisational structures so that they get the best out of their people and resources.

Summary

Lucie has advised clients on all areas of HR within the financial, luxury goods, retail and property sectors. She has successfully delivered projects including remuneration structures, redundancies, appraisals and motivation, training plans and skills matrices as well as inevitably some disciplinary and grievance work.

Currently Lucie is working with a major client in the IT sector as a trusted advisor and viewed as a member of their team, advising on all types of people issues. Previously she worked with the Bluefin Group (formerly PIFC) as an outsourced HR Manager and PFK, leading UK accountants & business advisors as an HR Business Partner.

Lucie gained a BSc from University of Bristol in Sociology and an MSc in Human Resource Management from London Metropolitan University. A registered practitioner in DISC psychometric testing and a Chartered Member of the CIPD, she knows what makes people tick. When not looking after the HR health of her clients, Lucie is raising two small entrepreneurs.
