Lois is a strong leader of change, having worked with over 50 clients during her tenure in an outsource financial services and technology enterprise. She is committed to delivering excellent customer service with the right people solutions. Her breadth of experience across all HR disciplines and strong business partnership skills enable her to work pragmatically at a detailed level as well as proposing effective long term strategic solutions.
Lois considers a company’s culture to be paramount to its success. She has worked in partnership with the business to develop mission, goals, values, competency and communication frameworks to capture and endorse the corporate culture. She believes a company’s strongest assets are its people, so Lois is passionate about the recruitment, development and retention of employees, ensuring their skills and behaviours mutually fit the culture and business needs.
An experienced senior coach and mentor, Lois has the ability to work in a collaborative and advisory manner. She has launched within companies internal mentoring and coaching schemes, recognising the development value of such initiatives to both the mentor/coach and the mentee. Lois has also exercised her coaching and mentoring skills with charitable organisations, working with primarily vulnerable young people.

Lois is a Chartered Fellow CIPD, has a post graduate in HR and Certificate in Counselling.
