Kirsty is a versatile, strategic and client focused HR professional. With over 20 years’ experience in the financial services sector, she has worked in the City of London and the US and additionally provided HR leadership and support in Asia, the Middle East and Europe.

Summary

Kirsty has most recently worked for Koch Supply & Trading (part of Koch Industries) in London and Texas, but over the course of her career has also worked for Aviva Investors, National Australia Bank, Deutsche Asset Management and Insinger de Beaufort.

She has built HR functions from the ground up, transformed existing HR teams and worked with well established HR functions in small, medium and large organisations.  She has managed large scale restructures and business transformation projects, implemented talent management programmes and conducted recruitment activity across the globe, in addition to providing daily HR support to managers and employees.

Kirsty has a pragmatic and open approach and is particularly effective at building strong, trusted relationships. She excels at influencing, coaching and advising at a senior level. She is passionate about leadership development, talent management, employee engagement, and diversity & inclusion. She seeks to inspire businesses to create the best environment for employees to do their best work.
