Kerry is a seasoned Learning and Development professional, with 20 years experience in both the public and private sector. She started her career as an IT trainer with Tesco, implementing a new CRM system which is still used to this day. More recently at Hertfordshire County Council Kerry developed and implemented a successful Apprenticeship Programme, her determination to give young people a good foundation in their career, and her ability to influence senior leaders to get involved in the programme was key to it’s success. Passionate about developing skills in the workforce and working with people, she is constantly putting her coaching and mentoring skills to good use.

Kerry’s enthusiasm for achieving real business results is well balanced with her ability to read people and situations. Her positive approach always has an impact on every team she’s been involved in.

Kerry has a real appreciation for the SME both working for a start up to develop their customer service skills and Business Link for London where she worked as Learning and Development Manager. Kerry is ILM level 5 qualified Coach and Mentor and CIPD qualified.

Kerry supports the team with our growing suite of products from Everything DiSC, Thomas International and XphertHR and will help with general ‘How Do I?’ type questions. If she doesn’t know she’ll find someone who does for you.

After taking some time out for her children, Kerry is very excited about being part of People Puzzles and working with such a great team. Her broad L&D background is a great asset to People Puzzles.
