June is a commercially astute HR professional with a breadth and depth of strategic and operational generalist HR experience gained during a 20-year career mainly in the Retail & Leisure sector (House of Fraser & William Hill). She has led teams in HR business partnering, Learning and Development, Talent acquisition and Talent Management and Employee Relations.
She strongly believes in keeping things simple and has success recognising timely opportunities to translate complex transformational proposals into operational tactics, that add bottom line business value. One example was the implementation of a centralised recruitment structure, delivered from conception in 4 months and which reduced the time to hire by 50% and agency costs by 80% in the first six months.
June loves the excitement and energy of helping to unlock the potential of knowledge experts in the business to identify ways to grow and improve and to gain commitment to and ownership of the outputs. She is committed to continually looking at ways to improve and thrives on making a difference at all levels within an organisation.
A Chartered member of the CIPD and accredited by the CIPD as an Advanced Coach and Mentor. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Learning and Development Management and is MBTI, Business NLP, SHL A & B trained.
