John is a passionate and driven business professional. Throughout his extensive career he has realised finding the right people is critical to any business, and this gives him the perfect fit in solving ‘People Puzzles’. Before joining People Puzzles, John was working as a consultant across many different vertical businesses assisting with change programmes.

From a position of driving sales across the globe for many years John has realised that having the right blend of sales person, sales culture, the right motivation and engaged staff all pointed in the right direction with all other operational teams doing the same, that anything is possible. He can stand by this knowledge having been the Sales Director who started the EMEA operation for a software company that went from start-up to sale of the business for nearly a Billion pounds in under 10 years.

John was also formerly the business owner of his own successful recruitment company for 9 years meaning his experience in putting the right people in the right position makes a difference in keeping businesses pushing forward.

When not helping to solve the people puzzle riddle John likes to relax in deepest darkest West Sussex, walking the many trails around the South Downs or heading the short distance to the sea to enjoy the waters at West Wittering.

It was a detailed process and I wasn’t allowed to get away with anything- All relevant issues were included and dealt with objectively.
