He has spent over a decade working as a Director on UK Boards of multi-nationals and medium sized privately owned businesses in the manufacturing sector. More recently Jim moved away from the corporate world to work in the exciting and dynamic SME space. He has worked in a number of sectors including: manufacturing; food; packaging and fashion.
Jim has a passion and proven ability to design and deliver ambitious People Strategies that have played a key role in building significant value and increased financial performance. In his last HR Director role, he designed and delivered a strategy that created a highly engaged, empowered and performing workforce.
