Jayne is a hands on, commercial HR Professional (MCIPD), with over 25 years’ experience in developing robust People Strategies to improve Business performance. Jayne’s experience range from strategic HR, to developing high performing teams through Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, Employee Engagement and Business Improvement.
Jayne is currently working with a variety of ambitious growing SME clients, across a variety of sectors including security, utilities, and pharmaceutical (global), ranging in employees from 12 to 300.
One of her clients Today Team Ltd, won the 2018 CIPD best people management initiative in the SME category. Jayne developed a bespoke People Strategy, which has delivered fantastic results in terms of profitability and growth.
Another client has seen a 30 % increase in profit since she began working with them in 2017 and are set for another record year. She developed a new organisational structure, a set of company values and a new approach to attracting talent from within the Industry. Jayne is a pivotal member of the Executive Team driving the People Strategy to deliver their ambitious growth plans.
Jayne led a successful Change Management Programme within the Housing Sector, resulting in increased profit, productivity and enhanced employee and customer satisfaction. Jayne was delighted with the fantastic outcome of this work, when this organisation was placed 1st in The European Great Places to Work 2018 Awards.
Jayne is passionate about improving businesses through people, she is an Accredited Assessor with the British Quality Foundation and assessed a successful Rail Company in the 2016 National Awards process. Jayne’s key skills are her ability to engage and work with people at all levels to get results, she does this by building trust, using a coaching approach and a willingness to get involved. Jayne is a Non-Executive Director Board Member at Rotunda College in Liverpool which provides education to children excluded from school.
