His experience has spanned Healthcare, Publishing and Market Research/Technology, working with both large and small companies alike.
He’s also six sigma, scrum, digital and technology literate, with international experience as an HR leader supporting organisations and running large HR teams across North America, West and Eastern Europe and Australasia.
James enjoys public speaking and has in the past spoken on a wide range of topics including a data led approach to gender diversity and organisational co-opetition as a driver for growth.
James holds a Degree in History, a Post-Graduate diploma in Human Resources Management and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
