What Others Say About Christine

  • "As a small courier business faced with huge people challenges in desperate need of professional HR support Christine was ideal for us. She took us through our most difficult phases, radical downsizing with large scale redundancy through to well structured growth. This included refreshing original thinking in terms of organisational design along with fast and light processes. I was impressed with her ability to identify internal talent and find good people through external recruitment. She provided me with personal support as a coach to improve my own performance.” Bob Phillips

Carole has helped me and the business massively and added real value while helping us shape the business.
