With 16 years of HR experience under her belt, Catie has lived and worked in Europe, Australia, and the USA across a variety of sectors from Global third party; logistics to aerospace manufacturing.
Over the last 5 years Catie focussed on organisational effectiveness. Creating integrated talent management ecosystems, where everything hangs from and aligns to the company culture, ensuring every decision within the employee life cycle continues to cultivate the culture of the organisation and the desired driving behaviours result in a fulfilling employee experience and improved business performance.
Catie lists her areas of expertise in; Learning & Org effectiveness, talent acquisition, diversity & inclusion, talent & succession management, leadership development, employee engagement / experience, culture activation and performance management. She believes to have true impact they all must be connected within the ecosystem.
Catie has successfully crafted forward thinking talent strategies along with developing and implementing many of the key processes and initiatives required to deliver on the talent needs for today and the future. This has been done with a philosophy of global efficiency with local traction, simply put, creating an effective balance of enterprise consistency and local flexibility and ownership.
Prior to taking time to hone her skills she worked to develop a breadth of experience across all generalist and strategic areas of HR having led Executive teams through large scale changes to operating models, divestments & acquisitions, developed and implemented strategic initiatives in support of the business strategy, driven functional excellence ensuring zero defect start up, transfers and closures in complex and unionized environments in addition to managing general HR based activity.
