Catherine has over 25 years’ experience in professional human resource and change management roles. Catherine has developed education and training strategies; organisational development and change programs, across a range of industry sectors. Catherine has worked with global organisations including financial services (NatWest), management consulting (KPMG), media & insight (WPP), bio-technology (CAT) and retail (Primark).
In recent years Catherine has partnered with organisations on short-term assignments, this can take the form of supporting the leadership team to create and deliver their People strategy to coaching individuals to reach their potential. Recent projects have been with a biotechnology company, a food manufacturer and a private hospital.
With a passion for coaching, Catherine specialises in coaching Senior Executives to reach the next level in their career and helping them to deliver business success. Taking this expertise outside of work, Catherine is a volunteer coach with Uprising, a youth leadership programme.
Catherine has a law degree from Trinity College Dublin and post-graduate qualifications in human resources. She trained as a coach with Coaching Development and is also a Neuro Linguistic practitioner (NLP) and qualified to use Myers Briggs and Firo-B. She also has an enhanced certification in conversational intelligence having studied with Judith E. Glaser.
