Having spent 30 years in corporate life, the last 9 at Board Level, she now thoroughly enjoys being hands on rather than managing through a team.
As a member of the UK Board of a multi-national organization she gained general management experience, a strong understanding of how organisations operate and the importance of balancing the P&L, which is where business and HR combine to deliver exceptional results.
Influencing on a strategic level, Carole delivered results in a dynamic multi-media environment, developing leaders to maximise team performance without sacrificing creativity. On a practical level, she has developed performance management programmes with competency frameworks, and written policy and process to support both small and large organisations. Her preferred approach is to coach and influence managers, bringing change and ensuring the organisation is fit for purpose and the strategy is delivered.
