Brian joined People Puzzles in July 2016 bringing years of recruitment, business development and people management expertise. 

Summary

He’s an entrepreneur, a highly experienced executive manager and strategist with diverse marketing and digital development experience.

He was the driving force behind a B2B communications and media agency he founded in 1987, building expertise in mobile communications and telecoms.  Running and growing the business to a multi-million-pound agency group, he sold out to a public company in 2004.

He joined the executive management team of the AIM listed company for two years, leaving in 2006 to become Managing Director of a brand development agency and incubator group.

In 2008, Brian founded a recruitment agency, Meet The Real Me, specialising in placing graduates into sales, media and production roles for magazine and website publishers and event organisers. Simultaneously he developed one of the first cloud-based asynchronous video interviewing platforms which he launched in 2012 and sold to a cognitive behaviour testing group in 2015.
