Alison is a seasoned HR professional with over 20 years’ experience in start-up, SME and large-scale corporate organisations and has spent the last 15 years in senior HR positions within the BT Group.

Alison has worked at a strategic level with executive boards and operational teams in the UK and overseas, and has a highly adaptable, hands-on approach to solving people issues. She builds relationships quickly, leads from the front and works collaboratively with employees at all levels of organisations to deliver a vision.

Alison is outcome focused, with an approach that is both commercial and practical. She works with energy, passion, high levels of resilience and very importantly a sense of humour. As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Alison is committed to helping businesses achieve great success through their people strategy.
