Zoe is a dynamic and commercially focused HR professional with almost 20 years ‘business partnering’ experience across SME’s and the global FMCG business Nestlé.
Passionate about HR as a strategic partner to the business, Zoe has the ability to quickly connect with people and get under the skin of a business. Highly curious with an energetic, collaborative approach, Zoe sees the possibility in most situations and has proven experience supporting leaders to reach their own and the businesses full potential.
Her broad generalist experience enables her to identify the opportunities for organisational development whether its through designing interventions to drive culture, behaviours, skills and performance or working with leaders to provide insight and leadership on change management strategy, planning and implementation.
Despite having already flown in a Chinook, sky dived and flown a two-man plane, Zoe still has a wing walk on her bucket list. Despite these high-flying adventures, Zoe has a very down to earth, open minded, pragmatic style which enables her to help businesses make a vision become a reality.
Zoe has a BA (Hons) in Business Administration, and has also completed the Institute of Directors certificate (IoD) in Business Direction and an Organisational Development practitioners programme.
