Lucie is supremely qualified to solve your people puzzles. With a degree in Human Resource Management from London Metropolitan University, a registered practitioner in DISC psychometric testing and a chartered member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development), she knows what makes people tick.

Lucie has been working with People Puzzles since April 2010. Previously an HR consultant with Bluefin Group (a subsidiary of AXA, formerly PIFC Consulting), and acting as the outsourced HR Manager, Lucie provided her expert advice to a wide range of SMEs during her four years with the firm. With specialised knowledge of recruitment and retention, Lucie advised on remuneration and general HR across all industries, including the financial sector, luxury goods, retail and property, developing and delivering a range of HR training courses for managers and administrators, on topics including HR management, appraisals and sickness absence.

Prior to that Lucie worked at PFK, a  leading UK accountants & business advisers, as an HR Business Partner to various departments through the global accountancy network. Lucie had sole responsibility for the HR service delivery for the South West region and managed the delivery of the national graduate recruitment programme.

When not looking after the personnel health of her clients, Lucie is raising two small entrepreneurs who are planning careers in train speed and direction facilitation and soft foodstuffs ingestion.
