Often accused by colleagues as ‘not like normal HR’ (which we think is a compliment), Deborah has worked in senior professional HR roles and as an HR consultant. She works to the knowledge that a client does not want to hear what they can’t do, instead they want to know how they can solve their HR needs effectively & efficiently.

Deborah has great experience in TUPE transfers: both in and out, managing the necessary due diligence and consultations. She also loves working to achieve the best possible results for all involved, whether this be reorganising or restructuring, business start-ups or business closures – which is quite possibly a consequence of the fact that she is a natural finisher! We secretly think her spirit guide is a terrier – Deborah is relentless in pursuit of tying up every last loose end.

If Deborah has any energy left after work she will empty the tank by going to the gym, swimming, running or horse riding, squeezing in as many ski trips as she can. Finally, having mediated and conciliated for two teenage children she will retire to recharge for the following day.
