Getting started
Initially we’ll spend some time in your company, getting our HR heads round who works with you, what they do and where their responsibilities lie, and what shape your business is in. We want to know what your goals are, the company’s vision, your personal dreams (even if they have been temporarily put aside in the daily operations).
With the company in context we can identify trouble-spots and tackle your immediate tactical issues, as well as your longer term strategic plans, focusing on whatever is causing the headache.
The action plan
We’ll draw up a working proposal for approval, with times and actions clearly identified. Regular reporting into a named manager will be included. Telephone and email support are available for ongoing advice, and our pay as you go helpline can be an attractive option for long term support. You will receive bi-annual updates on important legislation changes.
This solution is ideal for most smaller businesses, or those with ongoing people issues. We charge an all-inclusive monthly fee or by the time you need. This ensures great value for money and peace of mind, whichever way round you want to do it.
For larger companies or for bigger HR issues, extra on site consulting can be added on as required. This will depend on our agreed goals and objectives with you. The more complex and strategic solutions will invariably need more hands-on support. You may be a launching a new appraisal scheme or recruitment drive, feel its time for a strategic organisational review, or need to react to a problem.
